Acceptance of Terms

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Kuwait and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kuwait.

Payment Terms

All invoices are due within 30 days of receipt unless otherwise specified in the service agreement. Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly interest charge. We accept bank transfers, credit cards, and other agreed payment methods.

Service Changes and Termination

TERA reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service with 30 days' written notice. Projects may be terminated for non-payment or violation of these terms. Upon termination, all deliverables remain the property of TERA until all fees are paid in full.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content, designs, and materials created by TERA for your project become your property upon full payment. TERA retains the right to use the work as a portfolio sample unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of business. This includes project details, pricing, and business strategies.
